MSA Mission Control · Effective July 8, 2026
MSA Mission Control is a private, internal software tool operated by Matthew Schmid Architecture ("MSA"), Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. It is used solely by MSA's principal to view the firm's own financial information. It is not offered to the public and has no external users or customers.
With the account owner's explicit authorization through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 consent flow, the application reads accounting data from MSA's own QuickBooks Online company, including account balances, accounts-receivable aging, profit-and-loss reports, customer revenue summaries, and estimates. Access is read-only. The application does not create, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.
Retrieved data is stored on a private computer owned and controlled by MSA, located in Canada, and is used exclusively to display financial dashboards to MSA's principal. OAuth tokens are stored locally with restricted file permissions. Data is not transmitted to, shared with, or sold to any third party. No advertising, profiling, or analytics services are used.
Financial summaries are retained only as long as useful for internal reporting and may be deleted at any time. Disconnecting the application from QuickBooks Online (via Intuit's App Center or the application's disconnect process) revokes its access; stored tokens are then deleted.
Access credentials are stored outside shared or synchronized folders with owner-only file permissions on an encrypted disk. Communication with Intuit services occurs exclusively over HTTPS.
