MSA Mission Control · Effective July 8, 2026
MSA Mission Control (the "Application") is private, internal software operated by Matthew Schmid Architecture ("MSA"), Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. The Application is licensed for use solely by MSA and its principal. It is not distributed to, or licensed for use by, any other party.
MSA grants its authorized user a non-transferable right to use the Application for internal business reporting. The Application connects to MSA's own QuickBooks Online company on a read-only basis via Intuit's authorized APIs, subject to Intuit's terms of service.
Use of financial data retrieved by the Application is governed by the Application's Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal informational purposes. It does not provide accounting, tax, or investment advice, and figures displayed should be verified against QuickBooks Online records before being relied upon.
Access may be terminated at any time by disconnecting the Application from QuickBooks Online, after which stored credentials are deleted.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
